Executive Director (FT Berlin)

After 24 years at EYS, including 13 as Executive Director, Kreig Pinkham announced his departure from EYS to pursue a small business passion. The next ED of EYS will be a seasoned organizational leader with significant experience as a service-providing professional, capable of leading an organization of EYS's size. The Executive Director will have the opportunity to lead a well-established, highly credible, and influential statewide organization. Reporting to EYS's Board of Directors, the ED has overall fiscal, strategic, and operational responsibility for staff, programs, growth, and impact - all in service to the organization's mission and vision, and fully aligned with organizational values and behavioral standards. Youth Engagement Specialist(FT Berlin)

Seeking Youth Engagement Specialists for all shifts, including nights and weekends, for Return House - a residential housing program based in Barre, VT for young men under the care of the Department for Children and Families. Key to this program is the positive relationships our staff develop with residents to help them transition back to their communities. Youth served by the program are males between the ages of 16 through 22 and have a history of DCF involvement that could include homelessness, involvement with the Juvenile Justice system, and behavioral support needs. Return House is a residential facility that provides youth with relationship-based conflict management as an alternative to the use of physical restraints. Youth and Family Counselor (PT Berlin)

Elevate Youth Services is seeking a 60% FTE (22.5 hours/week) Master’s level clinician to provide individual counseling, case management, and crisis intervention for youth ages 12-22 in the Washington County area who are at risk for homelessness, have run away or been pushed out of their homes and are at risk of involvement with the Juvenile Justice/Child Welfare system. A fulltime position will be considered for the right candidate. The counselor will be responsible for responding to incoming referrals and determining the appropriate course of action; will manage a caseload of 9-12 clients; and will develop and implement an individual plan of care for each case.
