Regular hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

For urgent family crises: We’re available 24/7 for urgent matters regarding runaway youth, family conflict, and emergency shelter for youth.

Mental health emergencies: Call the Washington County Mental Health Screeners at (802) 229-0591 or 911.

Many services are provided free of charge. We accept Medicaid and most major insurances in payment for counseling services and also use a sliding-scale fee system. No one is turned away because they cannot pay.
