Bookkeeper/General Grants Manager (FT, Berlin Office)
Seeking a 100% FTE position (37.5 hours per week) bookkeeper. The position is chiefly responsible for management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintaining the monthly financial statements, writing and submitting financial reports for a variety of State and Federal grants, and providing assistance with billing for direct service work conducted by agency staff (including Medicaid, private insurance and direct reimbursement). Return House, a 10 bed Transitional Housing facility for young men ages 18-25 coming out of incarceration is seeking a House Manager to work 2nd shift 2:45-10:00 pm Monday – Friday. Looking for an energetic team player who is capable of fostering positive and supportive relationships with our Residents while maintaining professional boundaries. This position requires working closely with the Director to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency including, but not limited to: inventory control, food shopping, overall maintenance of the residence and training of new employees.
